How are the "What's Cool" pages created.
The What's Cool pages are calculated by the number of hits that a link receives. The top 3% of of the links are listed.
How are the "Top Rated" pages calculated.
The "Top Rated" pages are calucated by the number of votes and by the average of the votes. There needs to be at least 10 votes to show up on the top rated page.
